Returns or Refunds
As soon as you receive your goods and identify there is an issue please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0410 644 376. We will work with you to ensure you get what you paid for.
We will abide with the rules and regulations set out in by Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you would like to see what your rights are you can click HERE.
You must contact us first in order to get a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number BEFORE sending the goods back (Please ensure you get a tracking number from Australia Post to prove the goods have been received by us - this is to protect you).
Any items received without an RA number are sent back to you at your expense.
We will inspect the goods and confirm / reject your claim in writing to you within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If you are not happy with our decision we will provide you with a full refund of the value of the goods found to be faulty, minus postage and handling charges.
